Pilot project
The Renfort Émérite project is an innovative and a much needed response to an emerging societal issue.
Initiated by SociéTIC, the project’s objective is to contribute to the job market by encouraging retirees of all ages to re-enter the professional world. Renfort Émérite hopes to counter labor shortages, by offering retirees flexible work conditions, which match their skills and individual circumstances.
The Renfort Émérite pilot project
After completing the Renfort Émérite pilot project in the Eastern Townships, we now wish to expand the project to a provincial level, in hopes of developing a future-proof solution that can be applied on a larger scale. Following its values of inclusion, shared expertise and flexibility, Renfort Émérite aspires to offer retirees a way to combine retirement and work in a way that is enriching and beneficial for society as a whole.
Beyond its regional and potentially provincial economic impact, this project significantly promotes the skills and expertise of retirees wishing to further grow professionally. With its innovative spirit, the Renfort Émérite project aims to break down social isolation by encouraging intergenerational exchange, thus fostering knowledge and experience sharing.
